UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health, LP is a limited partnership between the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Jefferson Regional Medical Center which began in October, 2000.

Together, the two organizations bring over 40 years of home health experience to the communities we serve.

UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health, LP covers ten counties in Pennsylvania and four in Ohio with an average daily census of 2,700 patients.
